被動元件大廠國巨,驚傳高雄大社廠無預警資遣台籍員工,雖然公司回覆是以年度員工績
效考核,資遣19人,但卻傳出恐怕還有第二、三波。而去年國巨最受爭議的,就是7月股
價創下1310元歷史新高,沒想到年底只剩300多元,另外國巨董事長陳泰銘,去年更加碼
買「文華苑」頂級豪宅,多達7戶。

陳泰銘從2016年陸續買進台北市敦化北路文華東方酒店式管理豪宅「文華苑」,到2018年
6月共買進第7戶,市值逾35億元。不過,先前就有專家點出,其中最新異動的1戶,買方
為士亨興業,與賣家旭泰新股的負責人都是陳泰銘的財務老臣謝垂蓮,被視為是「左手丟
右手」的節稅操盤。
房市專家就說,為了避免遭課徵高額房地合一稅,透過墊高持有成本,未來出售價格若無
獲利或賠售,就不需要繳稅,甚至可認列損失。
只是目前國巨股價仍在300多元,去年歷經一波1310元高點,外界聚焦在買豪宅、大股東
「前妻們」出脫持股套現120億元,沒想到這是「利多出盡」,後來是一路下修,如今更
傳出裁員,實在很驚嚇。
